The Committee on Science and Education recommends that the Parliament should adopt in the second reading the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine on education re organization of inclusive studying

The bill (Reg. No. 2878) stipulates amending the laws “On Pre-School Education” and “On General Secondary Education” regarding consideration of special educational needs of disabled children.

The bill suggests provide children with special educational needs, including disabled children, with the possibility to obtain free affordable education in pre-school educational institutions and secondary schools.
